A- Biofeedback is a session that scans the physical body by looking at the electrical impulses, skin response
and then aligning your body, mind, spirit & emotion into balance and harmony for your highest good. Biofeedback is used for Pain management, Relaxation,
muscle re-education Stress reduction, and Brain Wave Relaxation Training. Basically it helps to start the body’s own natural ability to heal itself. When trained
how to relax, the ‘stressors’ causing the issues may be removed with the body to have a clear path to wellness. By placing a few bands around the client’s
wrists, ankles and sometimes head; those bands are hooked up to a machine which is calibrated to measure skin response, energy, various impulses in the body
and how they react. Once the imbalance is identified, there are several programs such as electromagnetic waves, frequency and vibration to help balance

A- Holistic Health is harmony and balance of energy - in all aspects of self - body, mind, spirit, soul and emotions. Each of us is born with a unique energy that makes
us who we are and determines our strengths and weaknesses. A state of un-balance can show itself in many ways, such as Stress, Depression,
mood-swings, anger, Fatigue etc... A holistic session is the quickest way to achieve Balance.

A- A Holistic session is a private session in a relaxed atmosphere to Balance the Energy of the client. When illness occurs it is because the energy system is out of balance.
Under the Guidance of God, Ancient Wisdom, LLC incorporates a blend of Shamanism, Crystals, Tibetan Wisdom, Hypnotherapy, NLP, Reiki, Chakra Balancing,

A Holistic Session is given remotely or at a private setting with the client fully clothed. We are not medical doctors, nutritionists or counselors of any type.
These sessions are not meant to replace conventional medical care. However, they will not interfere as they may complement by promoting Wellness; improving circulation of energy,
blood, lymph and reducing stress. These holistic techniques work on many levels and have been known to revitalize the Body, Mind, Emotion and Spirit.
Holistic Sessions have been known to improve certain conditions by helping the client to become more in touch with their inner wisdom
and the laws of nature which facilitate the body's own natural ability to heal itself.

Q- Why do you charge Money for Holistic sessions?

A- Many years ago the Community took care of the Shaman Medicine Man or Woman; (we will use the masculine to explain here), they housed him,
clothed him & provided for his ever need. There was always some form of equal reciprocity for the services provided. Some would bring a chicken,
or food for the family. In the United States today, the acceptable form of reciprocity is (money) US Dollars. We use money in reciprocity for receiving
goods or services. The circle of reciprocity must be complete for the energy exchange to be Karma free. There should always be a give and take.
When someone gives or takes too little or too much, they will be out of balance. The circle of Reciprocity must be balanced
for healing to occur. Our Healing work will never be denied. If you can not afford our Holistic Session;

A- Shamanism is the Ancient ways of well-being by balancing and harmonizing the Body, Mind, Emotion & Spirit. Indigenous people call this the
Medicine ways. It is not a religion, it is a way of life; working with Nature, God, the Elements and respecting everything as Sacred.
Shamans were the Medicine people of the world; thousands of centuries ago - long before the world had Physicians and Medical Schools.
The founder of Ancient Wisdom, LLC; Elizabeth, has been studying with the Q'ero Indians, (direct descendents of the Inca in the Andes Mountains of Peru);

A- When I was searching for a Shaman several medicine men would ask what tribe I was from. When I told them I was raised Catholic
in an Italian family they said they'd call me and never did. The the Q'ero were the first tribe who embraced me; Don Manuel Quispe told me,
“We will teach anyone who will keep the lessons sacred so the teachings will not be lost…" The Q'ero (are believed to be the direct descendants of the Inca)
teach us, so the stories, rites and rituals will not be lost. I hold these traditions sacred to my heart and share them as

A - MESA - 2012 is part of the 'Enlightenment series' of Classes

During this series of classes we create a Mesa, (medicine bundle) which holds sacred objects & rocks. These rocks symbolize your life.
For example one rock could represent an event or time in your life that you needed to heal, (such as a tragedy) once the issue is healed, the rock becomes an object of power.
The mesa becomes an external representation of the self. Meditating & working with these rocks over the course (Mesa-111 catapolt you to the next level in Spiritual Growth.
The Mesa becomes a source of Power working for your every need. This work is sacred and must be treated with respect. You can put your problems, or issues of the past,
present or future into these stones; the Mesa creates healing for each situation. When something is brought to the Mesa, you work with it...privately... in full disclosure,

A- Despacho is the Quechua word for Offering. It is a prayer offering to God, the Apus (mountains) or Pachamama (mother earth) in reciprocity, and thanksgiving.
It is an act of Love and a connection to the Unity we share with all. There are many different kinds of Despachos. While there are certain elements common to all Despachos -
bringing harmony and balance to the earth, honoring new beginnings, or getting rid of an illness or a particular healing intention, the issue presented determines the design
of the offering, the contents, and even the order in which the offerings are added. The ceremony brings participants into alignment with the group intent, gratitude,
and honoring Creator. The traditional Despacho is assembled by the Shaman who is aligned with the Universe and has the Spiritual power to maintain this alignment.

In Prayer and Ceremony (Sacred Ritual) items of a symbolic nature are prayed over and assembled on a Mestana. (symbols for the elements, weather, clouds,
rainbows, stars, money, etc... ) When the building of the Despacho is complete, the offering is folded, in the Mestana. The Shaman cleanses the luminous bodies
of each participant removing any heavy energy, and blesses everyone. In Ceremony the offering is then buried or burned. (These heavy energies, become part of the offering.
When the Despacho is buried, the earth eats these heavy energies and mulches it. When the Despacho is burned in Ceremonial fire,
the fire transmutes these heavy energies into the light.) Participants are not to watch the offering as it is burning, because it is believed that
the spirits come down to eat the offering & bring our prayers up to Heaven (in the smoke) to be manifested.

A- The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words.
Rei-, meaning Spiritual Wisdom that comes from God or Higher Self, &
Ki-, refers to the Life Force, the energy that animates all living things.
Reiki is the art of wellbeing by sending Divine (Universal) energy.
Anyone can learn Reiki.
After Reiki-I class, Symbol & Attunements, with the laying on of hands,
this energy is balanced and channeled from God.
It is as easy as that !
You can use Reiki to promote wellbeing to anyone; pets; plants; situations; and even yourself !
Reiki can also be used to prevent dis-ease and restore harmony & balance to your life.

A- Hair Analysis is where we send a clipping of your hair to the Lab for testing. Trace Elements Lab in Texas will send back a report that consists of any toxic elements
and normal elements in your system for you to take with you to your Doctor for specific Health guidance. Hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), is an analytical test
which measures the mineral content of the hair. The sampled hair, obtained by cutting the first inch and one-half of growth closest to the scalp, is prepared in a licensed
clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures. Testing is then performed using highly sophisticated detection
equipment and methods to achieve the most accurate and precise results.

A- Hair is ideal tissue for sampling and testing. First, it can be cut easily and painlessly and can be sent to the lab without special handling requirements. Second, clinical
results have shown that a properly obtained sample can give an indication of mineral status and toxic metal accumulation following long term or even acute exposure. A
HTMA reveals a unique metabolic world: intracellular activity, which cannot be seen through most other tests. This provides a blueprint of the biochemistry occurring during
the period of hair growth and development.

A- Ear Coning is an ancient method of wellbeing originated in Egypt. In a relaxed, atmosphere, the client lies on a massage table comfortably while the certified practitioner
inserts an ear candle gently on the edge of the outer ear. By lighting one end, the smoke gently forces the candle to act like a chimney effect, pulling up debris, parasites,
and wax out of the ear. The herbs in the candle produce a relaxed feeling, spiritual opening & emotional clearing. They also have been known to provide Aura cleansing,
realignment as well as sharpening of mental focusing, vision, hearing, smell, taste and color perception.

Q- There is much talk about the Predictions of fear and negativity coming; What can we do ?

A- Yes, there has been much discussion of the Earth Changes to come, "Hurricanes, Tsunami's, as well as many statements being made of "bank colapse",
"forced vaccine flu shots", "people will die from lack of nutrition from GMO (genetically modified foods)", and the "Grid frying" (nothing electronic will work).
These "fears" and more have been flying around the world. The 2012 Movie is adding to these fears. Remember from the enemy's point of view: when the people
are in fear, they are easier to control. Do not get locked into fear. Question everything. Search for Truth in all that you do.

The most important thing we can do as Light-workers is to Prepare and Pray. Everyone should have at least 30 days of food and water per person and per animal stored
(Don't forget your pets). Just in case. We all live in a world where anything can happen. My mother prepared for "hurricane season". This was a natural thing.
We have gotten away from preparing, and it should be reinstated into our lives "just in case".

Prepare; Then live your life to the fullest. If we get locked into FEAR and WORRY about what will happen, then we are not living. Dark forces FEED on FEAR!!!
Do not give them the opportunity - remove all fear from yourself. Prepare as best you can, then have fun. Some of the best books out there are "Dare to Prepare" by
Holly Drennan Deyo and "When Technology Fails" by Matthew Stein. They even teach you how to make your own soap. These authors have done the hard work to
give us the shortcuts and keep it inexpensive. It can be fun to get back to nature & learn how to take care of ourselves without modern technology.

Born in Paruro - Cusco and trained as Curandero (Medicine Man) in Huasao;
helping and healing hundreds of people every day. He is the keeper of the sacred
mountain named Pachatusan (where the earth dance) main APU (spirit of the mountains)
from the city of Cusco. He was sent from the sacred land of the Inka people and has been
given the power of vision with energy of the Condor, the most powerful flying bird of earth.
Nick named El Condor from the Andean (Inka) traditions, Don Martin is a See’r, and an expert
Cocoa reader; this coca tradition from hundreds of years ago passed down from
generation to generation. He does amazing cleansings and healings over the luminous
(energy) body and performs amazing vibrational healings using his beautiful Flute music.

DOÑA YSABEL CHINGUEL MACHADO and OLINDA PINTADO SIDIA:
Bonnie Glass Coffin's book "The Gift of Life" writes about Dona Ysabel & Dona Olinda.
They are such great healers and have had such amazing results that Medical Doctors
in Peru are running clinical studies on their methods used to cure terminal illness.
*Ysabel Chinguel: from Huaringas the sacred lakes near Piura, Peru. She is well know by her
angel's hands. People from all over the planet come to Huaringas lakes for a healing bath and

the Divine and the San Pedro to be a healer where she practices her medicine together with

North of Peru (Chiclayo) they are amazing healers, using ancient ways to heal and restore harmony.

Marco Nuñez Zamalloa:
Interpreter of the shamans, Marco is facilitator of Shamanic events. He is an expert counselor
in Andean medicine, he is a graduate from San Antonio Abad del Cusco University, he advises
(Mesa carriers) trained shamans on the path of Andean medicine. He balances chakras and does
healing with sacred smoke... which purifies your power center with sacred waters. He was born in
Cusco, Peru and trained himself as mountain climber and trekking guide from the age of 17 years
old. To date, he has covered over 25000 miles in the Andes Mountains of Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador
where he studied the Ancient Shamanic medicine. He has been the facilitator of the Shamans for
11 years. Marco was trained by several Curanderos (Medicine Men & Women) in the Andes where
