Q-  What is a Holistic Session ?

A- A Holistic Session is a session where the client, fully clothed is in a relaxed, private atmosphere.  The practitioner initiates a session using modalities of Spirituality, Shamanism, Reiki, Holistic Health and connecting with God to facilitate the proper session necessary to promote complete wellbeing of Mind, Body, Emotion & Spirit.  A connection with your Angels, Saints, Spirit Helpers, Ascended Masters & God converse with the practitioner to focus on the layer which is most needed for you to be put back into harmony & balance totally. MIND, BODY, SPIRIT, EMOTION & SOUL

                               Q- What is Shamanism ?                                             

A- Shamanism is the art of wellbeing by balancing and harmonizing the Body, Mind, Emotion & Spirit. Indigenous people call this the

Medicine man ways.  It is not a religion, it is a way of life. Working with Nature & the Elements.  Respecting everything as Sacred. 

 Elizabeth has been studying the ways of the Q'ero, (direct descendents

of the Inka) for over 11 years, to bring, harmony, wellbeing and balance to the lives of all

for healthy, happy people and animals all over the world.

Q - Why did I choose to teach the Shamanic ways from the Inka? 

At the time I was searching for a teacher the only tribe that was willing to teach me, (I was NOT a member of any tribe) was the Q'ero.  It was One Don Manuel Quispe who told me, “We will teach anyone who wants to learn and will keep the lessons sacred so the teachings will not be lost… Our grandchildren do not want to learn, much like you did not want to learn Italian from your grandfather?”  Yes?  Yes, you are so right!  They teach us, so the stories, rites and rituals will not be lost.  I will hold them sacred to my heart and teach them as I have been taught to honor and obey the sacredness of their wisdom. Q - What is Mesa-101

This Path comes from the Andes Mountains in Peru.     

 These Ancient ways are so old, they are PRE-Inka and are connected to indigenous tribes throughout the world, I have been taught these ancient teachings by the Q'ero

We work with the ways of the Q'ero because everything they do is connected to God.  During 12 classes we assemble a Mesa, (medicine bundle) which holds sacred objects & rocks. These rocks symbolize your life. For example one rock could represent an event or time in your life that you needed to heal, (such as abortion, miscarriage, or tragedy) once the issue is healed, the rock becomes an object of power.  The mesa becomes an external representation of the self.  Meditating & working with these rocks over the course (Mesa-101 medicine wheel) can take 1 to 2 years depending on the frequency of classes. The Mesa becomes so powerful, that to move just one rock is to change your soul...  This work is sacred and must be treated with respect.  You can put your problems, or issues of the past, present or future into these stones, and the Mesa creates healing for each situation. When something is brought to the Mesa, you work with it... full disclosure, just You & the mesa... the healing begins, thus creating extremely powerful results.  You truly become a Co-Creator of Life and can dream the world into being. 

Upon completion of the MESA-101 Medicine wheel, you are now transformed & can follow your path as the LightWorker.

The first class of MESA-101 Medicine wheel begins in the South - South, where you work on  "shedding the past".  The West , will teach you about  "stepping beyond death". The North, is where the "wisdom of the ancient ones" comes to guide us and the East, is where it all comes together & you become "the visionary".

During these teachings we will be working with fire ceremony - soul retrieval - power animals - crystals - chakras - light body Illumination - rites of passage via the Inka lineage - Despacho ( prayer offering ) and meditation in addition to anything I am guided to teach as we go along. (I am often guided to bring specific teachings to my students to enhance their learning abilities)

For the first class of the South - you will need to bring 3 stones that call to you, a cloth 2-1/2 or 3ft square, rattle, or drum, drinks, snack, a seat back, blanket or pillow, or anything you need to be comfortable. The atmosphere here is very relaxed & we like to have fun. Most of our work is done on the floor. Also bring your full Intent & Focus. These series of classes are truly life changing... moving your soul to the next level in spiritual growth so you can truly become a Co-Creator of your life.

Q- What is Despacho?

A- Despacho is the Quechua word for Offering.  It is a prayer offering to God, the Apus (mountains) or Pachamama (mother earth) in reciprocity, and thanksgiving.   It is an act of Love and a connection to the Unity we share with all.  There are at least 300 different kinds of Despachos.  While there are certain elements common to all Despachos -  bringing harmony and balance to the earth, honoring new beginnings, or getting rid of an illness or a particular healing intention, the issue presented determines the design of the offering,  the contents, and even the order in  which the offerings are added.  The ceremony brings participants into alignment with the group intent, gratitude, and honoring Creator.  The traditional Despacho is assembled by the Shaman who is aligned with the Universe and has the Spiritual power to maintain this alignment. 

In Prayer and Ceremony (Sacred Ritual) items of a symbolic nature are prayed over and assembled on a Mestana. (symbols for the elements, weather, clouds  rainbows, stars, money, etc... )  When the building of the Despacho is complete, the offering  is folded,  in the Mestana.  The shaman cleanses the luminous bodies of each participant removing any heavy energy, and blessing everyone.  The offering is buried or burned. (These heavy energies, become part of the offering.  When the Despacho is buried, the earth eats these heavy energies and mulches it.  When the Despacho is burned in Ceremonial fire, the fire transmutes these heavy energies into the light.)   Participants are not to watch the offering as it is burning, because it is believed that the spirits come down to eat the offering & bring our prayers up to Heaven (in the smoke) to be manifested.

Q- What is Reiki ?  

A- The word Reiki is derived from two Japanese words.

Rei-, meaning Spiritual Wisdom that comes from God or Higher Self, &

Ki-, refers to the Life Force, the energy that animates all living things.

Reiki is the art of wellbeing by sending Divine (Universal) energy.

Anyone can learn Reiki.

After Reiki-I class, Symbol & Attunements, with the laying on of hands,

this energy is balanced and channeled from God.

It is as easy as that !

You can use Reiki to promote wellbeing to anyone; pets; plants; situations; and even yourself !.

Reiki can also be used to prevent dis-ease and restore harmony & balance to your life.

Q- What is Hair Analysis? 

A-Hair Analysis is where we send a clipping of your hair to the Lab for testing.  Trace Elements Lab in Texas will send back a report that consists of any toxic elements and normal elements in your system for you to take with you to your Doctor for specific Health guidance.   Hair tissue mineral analysis (HTMA), is an analytical test which measures the mineral content of the hair. The sampled hair, obtained by cutting the first inch and one-half of growth closest to the scalp, is prepared in a licensed clinical laboratory through a series of chemical and high temperature digestive procedures. Testing is then performed using highly sophisticated detection equipment and methods to achieve the most accurate and precise results.
 

Q.    Why use the hair analysis ? Why not use the blood?

A.    Hair is ideal tissue for sampling and testing. First, it can be cut easily and painlessly and can be sent to the lab without special handling requirements. Second, clinical results have shown that a properly obtained sample can give an indication of mineral status and toxic metal accumulation following long term or even acute exposure.  A HTMA reveals a unique metabolic world: intracellular activity, which cannot be seen through most other tests. This provides a blueprint of the biochemistry occurring during the period of hair growth and development.

Q- What is Ear Coning  or Candling?

Ear Coning is an ancient method of wellbeing originating in Egypt. In a relaxed, atmosphere, the client lies on a massage table comfortably while the certified practitioner inserts an ear candle gently on the edge of the outer ear. By lighting one end, the smoke gently forces the candle to act like a chimney effect, pulling up debris, parasites, and wax out of the ear. The herbs in the candle produce a relaxed feeling, spiritual opening & emotional clearing. They also have been known to provide Aura cleansing, realignment as well as sharpening of mental focusing, vision, hearing, smell, taste and color perception. They also act as a catalyst to clear out debris from nerve endings allowing for clear Vibrational flow to corresponding areas of Mind, Body & Spirit. And also are known for detoxification of sinus and lymph system. A session lasts anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes.
